Pasting resource citations in iOS apps
I frequently like to copy text from a resource and paste into a note anchored to a Bible verse. On desktop this is easy because the paste function includes the resource citation. L8 Mobile (at least on iOS) does not do this. I would love to have this functionality on mobile, if it's possible.

I concur. I would love to be able copy from a resource and paste in notes citing and pasting the resource link like the desktop version.

I agree as well. In earlier versions of the Logos Bible iPad app you could copy and paste citations and footnotes. I am not sure why this feature was taken away.

Agreed, I bought my iPad for light travel and itinerant speaking, however, creating new messages without the convenience of the ability for quick footnotes during study has made that purchase inconvenient when using Logos Bible away from home. Anyone looking to use Logos Bible while travelling or at school should at a minimum purchase a Macbook Air if using Apple products.

Yes please! iPad is a laptop replacement, but I can’t write papers for school or publishing without my PC unless I go back to manual citations. Don’t make me go back?!?

If you use the web app on the iPad, I think you will get the desired reference when you copy the text and paste it in a note.

Any replies from Logos on this issue? 5 years later (2024) and the problem still is not fixed with the current ios app! I’m attempting to copy and paste text selection plus references on my iPhone13 and only the text selection will paste.
