Problems with Window resize

If you start a session and load a previous saved layout on a tablet, the screen refuses to resize. Works fine on a desktop, just not on a tablet.

If that is in Tablet mode, does it work if the Tablet is in Desktop mode?

When I try it with Tablet mode OFF it behaves properly ..... for what its worth. So I turn tablet mode OFF, start Logos, load the Saved Layout I want, then turn tablet mode ON so I get the On-Screen Keyboard, and all is well.
