Highlighting not working

Hello,

Curious if the is an issue in Logos 8 a highlighting issue. I have not had any issues up until last week. Currently i cannot use highlighting on any of my publications in my library. This puzzles me.... Tongue Tied

And to add, I can highlight on my mobile devices and the highlight will show up on the desktop version.... even more puzzled [:S]

Can you give anymore details?

What version of the software are you running? How are you trying to highlight? Have you looked in the Notes Tool to see if the highlights show up there (perhaps a visual filter is turned off). Is it every resource or only some?

Hi David,

the version of logos is 8.2 (8.2.0.0015)

I highlight using my mouse and a letter i.e. the letter Y

i don't seem to see highlights in notes, I am assuming this. I looked in visual filters and highlight is ticked off... Puzzled [:S]

Jeff, I'm sorry about the trouble. Can you check a few things for troubleshooting?

Hover your mouse over the sync icon on the top right , to see if your items are downloading.
Make sure "Notes and Highlights" is turned on in your Bible's visual filters:
Open the Tools menu > Notes, and see if your recently-created highlights are listed.

Have you tried highlighting them from the highlighting pane to rule out that it is just a problem with the shortcut?
