I've found that I've an old resource that I don't have access anymore. The Logos page disappeared, but is cached at https://web.archive.org/web/20110903131519/https://www.logos.com/product/7076/introducing-new-testament-discourse-grammar-video-series
That resource is a DVD containing the videos. But I have lost the DVD already. Can Logos put it available for download within the order? Another similar resource "Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew with Logos Bible Software" can be downloaded in the order page.
There used to be an ftp site where you could download older, licensed, resources. I tried that site after reading this thread and it could not be found. I am not sure if it has changed, or if it was taken down.
The other issue may be the publisher of that product. Many of the older resources, especially those that came on DVD's and CD's were from a third party that allowed Logos to sell them.
My advice would be to contact Customer service and see if they can point you to a site where the videos can be downloaded, or replace the DVD's for you.
That resource is produced by Logos / Faithlife itself.
Even better if they could let me access them through the current FaithlifeTV distribution channel. Or provide me an upgrade to the corresponding Mobile Ed.
I would contact customer service.
Thanks! I probably will if I still can't find the disc or a copy in computer. (I don't like making phone call.)

Give me those old-time CDs, give me those old time DVDs, give me that old time media, ... they're good enough for me.
They were good for my father, they were good for my mother, they were good for my sisters, and they're good enough for me.
Hope you can get the link restored to the orders page. The older CDs also have written over versions Logos no longer delivers. Bad boys.
Right, the licensing model is different. With those one can transfer license by passing it around. But Logos resources are tied to one single account where you either transfer all or nothing. And strictly speaking it is for single user only, although there was a post mentioning it can be relaxed a bit (i.e. Legally it is not allowed but one isnt sinning if one does to a certain extend, just like when one sharing the same login for a computer/email account, etc.)
And then digital license ties with ecosystem too. like not redeeming a book from another vendor on Logos for example. I wish something like UnltraViolet which is dying and MovieAnywhere which is thriving in the Christian world. I just discovered an old CD with Tozer collection that I can’t use anymore (not Logos and for XP/Vista only.)
Unfortunately I just retrieved my old Logos/Libronix stuffs from storage room and I still couldn’t find the DVD.
I’ve also contacted CS and here’s there response.
Thank you so much for contacting us! We do apologize for the situation. We already checked the order for you and we resent you the email with the order summary, this item was advertised and sold as the physical edition of the Introducing New Testament Discourse Grammar: Video Series, so we can´t offer you a download of this, this was not included on your purchase. We do apologize that we cannot help you to recover this content, and we hope you can find the original disc on a near future. If you need anything else, please let us know.
I don’t know why I’ve never kept a copy of this particular disc on HDDs (which I normally would have done) and I have no recollection about its whereabout. And so happened this is the one that doesn’t have a downloadable link. (I owned other discs from Logos, such as “Learn to User Greek and Hebrew with Logos Bible Software”, that I both have a copy on HDDs and I can find the physical copies of the discs and there're links to download in the order page right now!)
I now doubt that may be I never have received this disc in the beginning. But I’ve got no proof. (I have no memory of it, I put all Logos discs together and this disc ain’t with them.)

Off-topic:

I don't think this is true. Unless an undocumented change in handling this occurred, you are able to transfer any resource or bundle of resources - provided they are not bought with academic discount and provided they are not financially connected to other resources/bundles (i.e: bought with a dynamic pricing discount due to those other resources or being the reason a subsequent bundle could be bought with dynamic pricing discount).
I think the respective FAQ page that explains "At Faithlife's sole discretion you may transfer all perpetual licenses you own to Logos Bible Software Services and Content ...." (bolding by me) is somewhat ambiguous, but in the past is was treated not as "all licenses in a totality, in only one transfer" but as "all licences individually" but provided no inter-library connections tied resources together in a 'purchasing group' or whatever you may call it.
I knew that wasn’t true since I wrote that. there‘s some forum threads and even Bob‘s own word on the matter. Thanks.
Kolen, I am sending you an email about this.
