Logos 8 book images on mobile devices
It is very frustrating when you are offline and none of your book images are showing.
Everytime when there is an update or you switch off your device you loose all your images. Sometimes it happens intermittently.
The quality of some of the book images looks if you have purchased it from a secondhand store.
Logos has been ignoring this request to improve for many years.
My main use of logos is through my mobile devices and unfortunately when you compare the logos offering with other bible offerings they are lacking in many ways. The software is archaic and does not have the new capabilities and look and feel of modern solutions available.

Could you provide some specific examples of resources that cause you frustration? What do these look like on your mobile device compared to the desktop version?

You can view the images of the "IVP New Testament Commentary Series" as an example and compare with the images on the OliveTree Bible Study Software. The poor quality of the images are the same on the desktop as it is on the mobile devices. This shows how much effort logos really put in their resources and then charge substantially more.

Hi.
1. Logos resources are much better tagged than Olive Tree and usually have much more functionality. Personally I feel that is worth the extra money, I’m really not much worried about the thumbnails of the covers as I hardly ever see them anyway. Anyway here in the U.K. Olive Tree has been unavailable for almost a year now as they are unable to comply with last year’s changes to European data protection laws.
2. I don’t not have the problem of pics being re-downloaded all the time. I expect that this is something peculiar to your set-up and trust that somebody can follow that one up with you.
