impossible to find Study Bible as PDF?

Hi
I found this forum by googling some issues i had with converting a ESV Study Bible from Crossway.
I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, but i found some threads with simmilar stuff, so here goes..
I have bought the ESB Study Bible as a hardback and i love all the notes in the buttom of each page, and i would love to have it as a pdf with the same format (See this: https://static.crossway.org/excerpt/bibles/global-study-bible/global.study.bible.interior.pdf)
But the free ebook (https://www.crossway.org/bibles/esv-global-study-bible-ebook/), is an absolutly mess with the format, not enjoyable at all..
Is it not normal to have a regular PDF as a study bible? I have several hardback study bibles, but i haven't been able to find an comfortable study bible to read on laptop so far..
What i like is the have the notes, tabels, maps etc on the same page as the text, i loose the overview when i need to click or change pages in general to read the notes..
Does anybody else have the same wishes/Issues?

This free Bible

And this free Bible dictionary

If you take up Paul's suggestion you might find it interesting to explore Logos Basic from this link. It is also free.
I think it comes complete with the books that Paul recommends.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to come back to the forums and ask there are plenty here willing to help.
For questions about the Program itself you are best asking in the Logos 8 forum.
You will have the ability to read your bible alongside your Study Bible notes. Logos is an amazingly powerful aid to Bible Study.

The only thing we can help you in this forum is to point out that the digital version of your resource can be found in https://www.logos.com/product/55978/esv-global-study-bible, because this is a forum for the Logos Bible Software. There's app on the iOS/Android/Windows/macOS/web platform.
If you're in the academia then you can apply for academic discount in https://www.logos.com/academic-discount, they will approve it instantly.
If you afraid that the experience could be problematic like you do with the ePub format you've got, note that Logos has a 30-day money back guarantee: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008545351-Return-Policy. No question asked. Even an online chat can get that done, no phone call is needed.
So my advice to you will be just buy it from Logos and give it a try (whichever device you want to use it with) first. I discovered Logos in 2009 and digitalized my library and I have never regretted since. You're going to love how easy it is to read for example a study bible linked with scriptures in Logos.
Ask us any question again if you have any trouble picking it up.
