BUG: Switching from Portrait Mode to Landscape Mode and vice versa

When switching from Portrait Mode to Landscape Mode and vice versa, the active tab does not stay centered in the screen.

    This is still an issue in Android 8.12.0. 

    If I have several tabs, rotating from landscape to portrait or vice versa works correctly on the right-most tab. The more left-ward the tab, the more offset it is when the screen is rotated.
