Resources not in library?

I’ve never been able to identify the exact resources missing on my mobile app, but I think they’re things like timelines, interactive, and such.

Why are some of the resources listed in my library not actually in my library?
I am not sure I understand your question. Are you saying:
There are resources showing in the library pane on your mobile device that are not on your mobile device?
If that is the case, then you need to make sure you have actually downloaded the resources to the mobile device. As long as you have an internet connection, your entire library, whether downloaded or not will be shown. To see what is downloaded, you can type local: in the library command bar.
Are you saying that you are seeing resources on your desktop that are not appearing on your mobile device?
If that is the case, some resources are not available on mobile. This may include resources that the publisher has not licensed for mobile use; or resources that are not supported on the mobile platform

Some publishers restrict their licensing to desktop versions of the software. I have about 50 (out of 15,000) resources that are not available in the mobile app.

The mobile apps come with "free to use" resources. These actually vary from app to app (i.e. Faithlife eBooks app vs. Verbum). You have access to the resource, but you do not own it. You can't delete it, nor will it appear on other platforms.
You may also acquire other "free to use" resources from things like "Logos Basic" or a "Faithlife Connect" subscription.
