Drag and drop a verse to a passage list

Is there a way to add a verse to a passage list while you are viewing the Bible? I expected to see a context menu option to add a selected verse to a passage list, particularly if I already have a passage list open. Ideally I would like to drag and drop the verse reference to the passage list.
