BUG: 4.0d B2: Another line-wrap fault

With my screen set for two panel areas; left and right, the text does not always wrap correctly or at all.

Example shown below is for text in a box within the resource. As I change the Panel width, it wraps as long as the panel is very wide. If narrow, the text just goes missing, along with the box.

Text outside the box appears to wrap correctly even if the panel width is tiny. Inside the box, it fails even as wide as shown below.

It seems the right margin for this table has been set to a fixed minimum width, preventing the proper wrapping for smaller windows sizes. I have made a note to fix this.
