Unusable after update: repeated freezes

I saw two Logos beta updates today on my iPad Pro. Now it's unusable because of repeated freezes. I've managed to close everything in my workspace, restart the app, and also use the switch in IOS settings to reset the workspace, but it still freezes up completely. It happened first after I opened a reading schedule and clicked on a bible passage to read.

    I saw two Logos beta updates today
