All of my notes show up in all of my other resources (so far) except the NET Bible. At least on my iPad. And yes, I do have the Notes tool toggle on. Tried toggling it off and back on but no change.

If you are referring specifically to highlights you need to ensure the resource is downloaded
Thanks Graham, it was odd, but I got it cleared up. When I got home, I fired up my laptop, and the notes didn't show up there either. But, it was just starting to index (must have been a download of some sort). Once it was done indexing, the notes came back on the laptop, and then, after a short delay, they repopulated on the iPad. So it seems that when there's indexing going on, some things don't show up.
