I looked on the product page and can't tell.....
It's a monograph. It consists of lots of writings from the ECF, Josephus, etc. (not rigorously cross-referenced every time they should be), but rather as a context to the first century situation than to a running bible text, thus not really in the way a commentary such as ACCS would be set up.
I read it through some years ago and found it did provide some really interesting background and insights / context
