BUG: 8.3 Home Layout Cards Won't Update

I love that I can pin Layout Cards to the Home Screen...

BUT when I "Update the Layout to Current Snapshot" it saves to the Layout Window list, NOT the Home Page Layout Card. I have to remove the old card and replace it with a new one from the Layout Window.

Can anyone else confirm this?

This has been fixed in 8.4.
