Bug in Notes after update to 8.3 Creating New lines after pasted bible references.

I have copied verses from a passage list into a note.

From Passage list compact view | print | copy to clipboard | past into notes with "Ctrl-V"

When I click at the end of one of these references in the list of verses in Notes to place the cursor there and hit return to create new line after the reference things get weird.

1) The cursor disappears.  Trying to find it by using shift-arrows to highlight some thing does not find it.

2) The blank line will appear where I wanted when I click somewhere other than the blank line.

3) Clicking in the blank line cause it and the cursor to disappear.

4) Clicking anywhere else again causes the blank line to reappear until the blank line is clicked again.

This problem does not occur when:

1) Hitting return after an other lines, hyperlinked or not, bulleted or not.

2) These pasted references behave properly and allow new lines to be created after them when they are bulleted.

This is on a windows 10 system.

I have restarted Logos several times since the last update and no other software changes have been made this week.  However, I have not done this paste from "passage list" recently and perhaps not since getting L8 and I have made other software changes since getting L8.

I had Logos opened for several hours when I noticed this problem. 

A restart of Logos has made the problem go away.
