Bible Browser No selections on the left hand side on my Mac

I never use the Bible Browser, but opened it up on my mac the other day and there was nothing to select down the left hand side.  My windows machine includes all options but not my Mac.  Am I doing something wrong?

    Nevermind...after doing a lot of closing and reopening it finally populated.
