Bug: Typing in notes constantly refreshes the workflow

To reproduce:

1. Design a workflow that has a Question/Answer above other modules. In the screenshot below, I'm using my question 5.3 of my Christ-centered Preaching workflow.
2. Type some text in the answer field, making sure you press "Enter" a few times. Nothing should go wrong yet.
3. Now open the note for this question in the notes tool. Again, press "Enter" a few times.

Result:

• The modules below the question/answer refresh unnecessarily.

Expected result:

• The modules don't refresh repeatedly.
