Dashboard for Layouts does not update

The recent addition of the ability to add layouts to the dashboard excited me when I first read about it. However, I soon found out it had a serious flaw. If you update the saved layout, the dashboard does not seem to get updated. So when returning to the layout you are always sent back to the pointers that were present when you first activated the layout on to the dashboard. I am hoping this gets fixed in the near future.

    I noticed that too.  I had to delete the tile from the dashboard, then save the new layout, then re--add the layout as a dashboard tile in order to get it working.

    Did you save the layout with an "update active"? Just curious.
