When I call help via the F1 a window opens which contains an input box for searching the help file. Whatever I enter there I get no content.

I'm sorry you do not have the Help file. It appears that it's not being made available for download by the server. We were hoping to have it fixed for Beta 3; it may be downloaded with Beta 4.

I'm afraid that it isn't a matter of a missing file.
If it's the file LOGOS4HELP.logos4 then I have it.
What is the date and size of the file?
I have the same issue. I assumed there was no help other than these forums.
I don't have the logos4help file that I can find, so maybe I'm in the "can't download yet" category.

Hmmm, I don't seem to have a problem getting help or searching via the input box.... When I use the F1 key I get the help menu and can use the search function.

Still not available in B4 for me, in case it is supposed to be.
For those of us without help, could a list of the commands available and the syntax for basic, bible, morph & syntax search be posted somewhere in this forum so we can at least find out what we could be doing and see if it works?

EDIT: I've attached a pdf of what we have for the search help sections. I don't know that it answers what you need it to, but at least you'll see what it says.

Thanks for that pdf. That is helpful. It is also nice to know what I'm missing and that even if I had the help files I'd still be missing lots. Being in the dark when you know it is the same for everyone lowers the anxiety level.
