Up on the resource's toolbar there are two horizontal arrows. After you have changed references (e.g. Bible verses) these become active and you can use them to navigate backward or forward
Yes, the simplest way is to click in the box that you want to zoom in on then hit F11 on your keyboard. To exit the zoom mode (Reading mode), hit Esc on your keyboard.
