I already have the Theological Dictionary of the NT as well as the Exegetical Dictionary of the NT, aside from the OT component why would I want the resource below?

I already own NIDOTTE and use it quite often.
I do not feel the need to have the NIDNTTE in light of all the other Theological Dictionaries and Lexicons I have for the NT
I have both and find them to be really good modern Theological Lexicons. They are better than TDNT and TWOT in my opinion. They compliment BDAG and HALOT very well. Since they are on sale, now is a good time to consider a purchase if it fits that part of your library.
In addition the NIDOTTE has some really interesting articles in the front of the resource.
I acquired this with my Zondervan purchase last year and since then I have been impressed with the articles and have prioritized it as one of my five that show up in my guides. I am of the opinion one cannot have enough Lexicons.
There is some overlap but there are also fresh viewpoints. If you are into word studies with a theological lens, NIDOTTE and NIDNTTE (esp. NIDOTTE) will be worth dipping into.
That is a really good price for an excellent source. I have both and they are heavy hitters w. regard to etymological evolution of any given term.
Wouldn’t be without them, but, as someone else already said, I am also of the opinion that one cannot own too many lexicons (well, except maybe for Thayer‘s 😏).

Joke aside, TDNT is not quite good especially regarding things related to Judaism.
If you read the introduction of NIDNTTE (which you can even without the resources, such as via biblia.com or just click at the sample images from the logos resource site) and believe what the author claim, NIDNTT is flawed in a no. of reasons.
AFAIK NIDOTTE/NIDNTTE combo are best in class so $180 for both is a no-brainer. In fact one of the first resources I bought in Logos are NIDOTTE+NIDNTT (when NIDNTTE isn't launched yet.)
You can buy it first, try it with a few OT and NT articles and decide it yourself. Logos is very generous in their 30-day return policy with no question asked.
Edit: I envy you can buy it at this price. I bought it very expensively, and "twice" in the case of NIDNTT and NIDNTTE albeit the later is almost a complete rewrite.
TDNT and TDOT are still very valuable resources but are more dated. NIDOTTE/NIDNTTE are more recent.
Moreover, do you own only one commentary on any given book of the Bible? Probably not. Likewise it is worth having several quality theological lexica to compare and supplement findings. There are so few (compared to commentaries) in this category, I think having all the main ones is a good investment if you can afford it. They offer an approach and perspective that you cannot find in other types of resources.
One additional item regarding these lexicons to note is that they are selective in which lemmas they comment on. They are not exhaustive like an analytical lexicon or BDAG. I have mine prioritized second or third below an analytical commentary and BDAG or HALOT. Not every lemma has theological significance.
