Is there a way to undo a mouse click when you wish uou had not deleted it?
Ctrl/Cmd-Z should work

Look for "Keyboard Shortcuts (Windows)" in you logos help file. That may be what you are looking for.
You can find your deleted notes (and undelete or permanently delete) by going to the trash icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
