Good call.
The app can see a new resource so as to index and add to the library, but does not update the indicator.
A restart has the 'new resource' indicator showing correctly.

'Yes'
I sometimes need a restart to bring up missing notifications. But I fear that we are going to get in the habit of doing that as the current implementation of Cloud resources does not provide any notification when Auto Download New Resources = NO (you won't know about them unless you are very vigilant!).
