Note placement inconsistency

In this screenshot, two things are odd.

First, my verse note on Genesis 1:1 (yellow) shows up before the chapter heading, next to my nchapter ote on Genesis 1 (blue). Shouldn't it appear to the left of "Ge 1:1" like most of the other notes anchored to verses?

Second, look at v. 6, 9, 14, 20, and 24. The note markers there show up to the right of the verse number instead of left. Why?

This seems to have been an issue for a long time - see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/3784.aspx for an example

It seems to be something to do with using the Bible Text Only visual filter. If I enable that I see the same as your screenshot, if I turn it off then the icon for verse 6 is to the left of the verse number as you would expect.
