When I find a typo in an image, how do I see the text to report it?

I was searching for a common typo "chruch". On these three hits:

  • there is no highlighted text to click on to open the resource to the correct position
  • I don't know how to see the text that is in error - most likely tagging on the image

Any one know how to solve either issue?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

it is a tagging error on the index tagging of the image. Making a note that it is in the media title is a good way for us to know what we need to look for.

It's generally how people report errors in the table of contents as well.
