Note Anchors

When an anchor is described in the note video it used a scripture verse as an example. I tried using a book reference as an anchor and after some experimentation I fluked into making a note anchor from a section in another book. I tried to do it again and I could not. Is there a way to add a book reference as an anchor not scripture? Thanks for the help
