Create a new notebook

Forgive me, as I am sure this is explained somewhere, but I just can't find it.

I have a ton of notes in "No Notebook." I would like to create a new notebook, but can not find out how to do that.

Can someone please help me?

Ensure you have clicked the Notebook icon (red outline) and then click the "+" icon (blue outline)
