FAITHLIFE: To What Forum Should Faithlife Sites Questions Be Directed?

Session voted to move to Faithlife sites. It's intuitive enough that (as a former-geek-turned-pastor) I could get a new site set up really easily. It also looks to be a snap to maintain. 

The main question I have now: how to get our office admin person set up as an administrator for the site. But in looking for a forum on Sites, I don't see one. Nor did I find a Faithlife Group with the word Sites in it.

I tried chat (no response for 2 minutes). I tried calling (recorded welcome voice timed out to silence). I don't know if anyone is home or if help is available, but I could sure use it & don't know where to find it.

Graham is right.  If you ever need to locate a help board, you can always go to https://www.faithlife.com and use the search function to locate it.
