Resource Tab Bug

On rare occasions, the resource tabs "dance" back and forth. It seems to happen when the conditions are just right. I'm attaching a video of the problem, hoping that it uploads alright.

Hi John, I am not able to view your video, but I have come across this issue once in a while.. I would expect you can fix this problem by slightly re-sizing the window or panel that is flashing. Does that work for you?

Yes. Resizing the window or closing one of the tabs fixes it. I uploaded the video to OneDrive. See if that helps...

Wow. I haven't seen this on my computer. I'm really pleased because I think it would give me a migraine :-) It may be worth talking to tech support and sending them the video.
