Last verse of every chapter

is it me, or is there a challenge in making a note regarding the last verse of each chapter?  Every time I try to attach a note to the last verse of a chapter, it does not appear...

I cannot duplicate this on my Mac or Windows desktop using the ESV.

Can you provide more information?
