Strange commas in CSB

Hi folks

I am reading through the CSB this year and I have noticed these 'floating' commas in various places. I cannot figure out why they are there so I thought I would post my question. Below is a snippet of Ephesians 4 from the CSB. I have circled two of these strange commas.  Any ideas?

You have "Bible Text Only" selected, with "Bible Text Formatting" and "Non Bible Text" selected underneath. The "floating comma" comes between the footnotes (which you have hidden) and what is shown is the comma between them ("Non Bible Text").
