First of all, I'd like to say thank you for shipping these!
Many of these, however, have one major systemic problem; missing page # milestones. The majority of the problem lies at the beginning of articles (apparently/likely no header in the print edition). This causes problems with citation links that refer to articles in these journals. For example, the end of one article might be on page 285 and the next article starts on page 287. In most cases, the milestones will jump from 285 to 288 (likely a blank page on 286 and the title page for the second article didn't have a printed page number). A citation link will not find page 287 and will consequently jump to page 288.
This problem is systemic enough that I think it warrants a production rerun immediately. The affected journals (of those I checked) include:
- Central Bible Quarterly
- Christian Apologetics Journal
- Emmaus Journal
- Faith and Mission
- Grace Journal
- Journal for Baptist Theology and Ministry
- Journal of Christian Apologetics
- Journal of Dispensational Theology
- Journal of Ministry and Theology
- JETS
- Journal of the Grace Evangelical Society
- Journal of the Institute of Reformed Baptist Studies
- Master’s Seminary Journal
- Michigan Theological Journal
- Reformation & Revival
- The Reformed Baptist Theological Review
- Reformed Presbyterian Theological Journal
- Southeastern Theological Review
- Trinity Journal
Marginally problematic (mostly just at the beginning of a volume and/or edition):
- Bible and Spade
- Grace Theological Journal
Additionally, I'd like to see the printed header removed from the text so that we can hide page numbers and the text all flows together*. The other problem that this causes is artificially inflated search results.
*Another problem that I noted is Footnote text being treated as Surface text. This would be even more problematic if/when the printed headers get removed.
