Volumes 8-11 have only a partial volume/number/page index while the volume/page index continues throughout. See example screenshot.
Volumes 12-13 have only the volume/page index throughout (no V/N/P index whatsoever).
Volumes 22-23 start out with only the V/P index, then immediately switches to only the V/N/P index.
Volumes 24 starts out with a page only index (no volume), then switches to only the V/N/P index after the first 2 entries.
Volumes 1-21 do not have a Bibliographic Item index while volumes 22-29 do.
