Bug: Highlight undo

Platform: Win10, desktop

I highlighted some text in a Note, then changed my mind. No problem, I thought, I'll just undo it.

After hiighlighting the same text, I pressed [Shift + Ctrl + K] as usual.  No joy.

With the same text highlighted, I opened the Highlight tool and clicked Erase. Still no joy.

Is this one of the behaviors that has not been put into Logos 8? If not, faster, please.
