I'm on a roll - third new bug of the day!
I just ran a Text Comparison on Targums, and it doesn't work properly. I think the variant lines confuses the tool. Check out how short verses 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11 are in the first screenshot below (compared to the resource itself on the right). It's those verses that have variant lines.
