Where are missing capabilities?

In Logos 7 when I had a resource open, the menu in the upper left opened up all sorts of useful things -- Table of Contents, Columns, etc.
Under Logos 8 it seems to open up only Table of Contents. So if I want to do any of that other useful stuff, like change the number of columns showing in a resource, where is all that now hiding?

You can access those options and features by clicking the three dots at the top right of the resource pane

Thanks much. It seems obvious after you point it out. I wonder how I could miss that. Too much to do, too little time, I suppose. Thanks again.
