CRASH BUG: using quotes in collection names crashes L8.4 Beta 3 and L8.3 stable

As found in this thread by Ron: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/180414.aspx, a collection can be built with a name that includes quotes (at least straight double quotes, as tested), but selecting this collection from the library will crash Logos 8 on Windows systems.
I built a collection named test the "bee" bug with rule author:wiersbe title:"be " (the rule most probably is unimportant for the bug). Then I filtered the library to author:wiersbe and from the facet list of collections selected the one with the quotes in name: Logos crashed.
