Greek audio New Testament
I purchased https://www.logos.com/product/26968/greek-audio-new-testament and on it's product page it says "Listen to John Schwandt as he reads from the Greek New Testament, and follow along as each word is highlighted as it is read—just like karaoke!"
This is not happening for me, is there a setting or something that I need to change? I have restated, tried different resources but it doesn't work?????

Did you read the reviews on the product page? Apparently, it has never worked correctly.

I am not seeing any reviews on the product page. This is odd.....

For listening, it works in PC Windows 8. In Windows 10 it did not show the word indicator.
Below a Na28 example
Gold package, and original language material and ancient text material, SIL and UBS books, discourse Hebrew OT and Greek NT. PC with Windows 11

Check the resource's panel menu and if there is an option below Read Aloud titled 'Show word by word indicator', make sure it's checked.

Thanks for the help. It works on my Mac, but not on Windows 10. It's fine.....
