Why are the hyperlinks showing up in copied article from Logos in Word 2013?
I want to copy a chapter from a book in Logos to Word 2013. I have set my Program settings in Logos to: 1) Copy Citations = Yes; 2) Hyperlink Copied Citations = No; 3) Copy Footnotes = Yes.
I then export the chapter to a new document in Word. And yet, when I get to my document in Word, all the hyperlinks are there, which I don't want!!!!
I know that I am "supposed" to be able to remove all hyperlinks in Word by just selecting Ctrl + Shift + F9, but for some reason that changes all the text to Italics, leaving all the hyperlinks in.
Does anyone know how to copy the chapter without the hyperlinks?

I can still use Ctrl + Shift + F9 with Word 2016 on Windows 10 without a problem.
Might it be a background utility that remaps function keys, or are function keys assigned to other functions within Word on your computer? I had that problem once when I had reassigned rarely used keys using AutoHotKey.

I know...everything I read said that that combination could be used from Word 2010 until today. I have Word 2013, so it "should work," but it's not.
And no, I haven't assigned another function.
I figured something was "reinterpreting it," but haven't a clue what it is. [:(]

I don't see the behaviour you are describing - I am using the beta version of Logos 8.4 beta 3 and using Office 2016
Which specific part of the book are you coping from?

What type of keyboard are you using? Is it a standard large format standalone keyboard that is used with a PC, or are you using a laptop? If using a laptop, might you need to press the Fn key also to get the function keys to work properly?

I am copying the chapter entitled "Archaeological Traces of Cult in Ancient Israel." I am using Print/Export. I select the different parts of the chapter, then I click on "Send to New Document: Microsoft Word." The hyperlinks don't show up that great in the Print/Export window, although the blue is faintly there as can be seen in my first picture (1. Logos Print and Export). Then in my second picture (2. Word 2013) you can see the hyperlinks.

I am using my laptop, with standard size keyboard. When I saw your question, I tried a few combinations with the Fn key, but nothing worked....what specific combination should I try?

Depending on your keyboard, you will need to press either the function key on its own, or Fn + Function key. On older laptops the function keys did not need any other keys to be pressed to get them to work as function keys, while they changed function (e.g. volume up, volume down) if another key modified their use. It is more common now for volume, play, rev, fwd, etc. to be the normal use of these keys, where the Fn key being needed to be pressed to change them into function keys. The Fn key colour (e.g. blue) is normally the same colour as the assignment on a particular key when that key requires the Fn key to be pressed. E.g. if F9 is blue but Play is white, then that key would normally operate the Play function of suitable software, while you would need to press Fn + F9 to have it operate as F9 on a desktop computer. So, you would need to press Ctrl + Shift + Fn + F9 if that was the case. If you have done that and it still doesn't work, then that isn't the cause of the problem.

Bravo, Graham!
That worked for removing the hyperlinks! BUT it doesn't copy the pictures. However, in this case, there are only 22 of them, so I can copy them individually...at least that is faster than removing the hyperlinks one by one!

Another work around that hides all hyperlinks quickly is: Ctrl-A -> Ctrl-U (repeat once if necessary) -> set font colour to black. This will wipe out any non-link underlining as well.
