Parsing info and definition when hovering mouse over words in Bible
Hello. I'm a fairly new user of Logos.
In Bible resources, hovering the mouse over word shows a small popup in the lower part of the screen with parse info and definition. Today the way this info is showing has changed somehow. It used to show the lexical form at the end followed by the definition, but now the lexical form shows in the beginning and the definition doesn't even show. I reckon this has to do with my resource prioritization, but changing the order of my lexicons in my prioritization list doesn't seem to affect this. How do I change this?

Hi Jay
Different resources show different popup information.
Is it oosslbe you are using a different resource which could explain the different behaviour?
Which resources are you seeing this with?

Thanks for the reply Graham,
I've been always using ESV, and I noticed the popup info has changed today. I upgraded to Platinum package yesterday, and I put BDAG, LN, and a couple others in my prioritize list. After noticing the change I tried to change the order of my prioritized resources but nothing seems to affect the popup.

Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing? Use the paperclip icon to post it.

As far as I know the ESV never gave a definition in the popup - there would have been no need to include it in the underlying tagging as we already have the English translation.
https://community.logos.com/forums/p/176160/1017412.aspx#1017412 is a post from November showing the same set of information you are getting (and the same as I get)
Some original language resources do show the definition in the popup
I can't explain the changed behaviour you are seeing assuming you have always been looking at this in the ESV

Thank you Graham.
Hmm.. maybe I got it mixed up with the popup that shows up on my UBS5 with ESV.
Now that I look in UBS5 the popups show the way I am used to seeing, so maybe I wasn't paying enough attention in ESV.So, do all Logos users see the same popup regardless of what they have in their library and their prioritization?

Assuming they have the resource they should see the same popups - the information Is encoded (tagged) into the resource and so not dependent on anything external
