Bug? 8.3 SR-3 Wildcard is ignored in library filter

While experimenting with another bug, I discovered that the wildcard character is ignored in search results.

E.g., collection and *collection produce the exact same results:

8.3 SR-3 (8.3.0.0034) on macOS 10.14.4 (18E226)
