Is there a way to search the library For an exact string of words?

I’m trying to search for my Study Bibles but the resulting list contains every book that has both of those words somewhere in its title.

You can if you use “straight quotes” which isn’t the default on the iPad app

Press and hold the quotes button and choose the middle option from the popup
