Using public WiFi to post and treated as spam?

I wrote 3 posts and they all disappeared when I'm using a public WiFi.

And this one is posted after I tunnel through a VPN, and it goes through, so I guess the public WiFi is flagged suspicious?

It isn’t just public WiFi... I use it somewhat regularly without issue
