Is there any single command that I can use to get all of my open resources to go to the same verse?
i.e. I type "verse" and my HDNT, ESV, and commentary all go to that verse?

Welcome to the forums.
yes...there is.
On each resource there is a small "book cover" icon in the upper left hand corner.
click on it and it will open a drop down menu. On that menu is a set of letters; A, B, C. etc. They are called "link sets."
Whichever letter you set each resource at (for example Bibles and commentaries set on "A") they will all move together when one moves. Any set with another letter will scroll along with any other resources with that letter set.
