Layout Card in Dashboard

What is the rule governing what resource titles show inside the layout card in dashboard, and how do I change this?  For example, in the card below it shows relatively unimportant opened books in this layout. I want UBS5, NA28, BDAG, TDNT or other more relevant books to show in the card. How do I change this?
