4.0d, beta 2: Copy/paste not working for plain text

When I copy from a Logos resource, then paste as plain text
footnotes mess everything up. Here's a random example from the
NBD, pasted first as RTF, then as plain text. All resources seem to
be affected.

RTF

Pipe. This is Heb.
ḥālîl, rendered ‘pipe’ in av,
‘flute’ in rsv. The word
occurs only six times in the OT. In
the NT
the pipe is Gk. aulos, used in lxx
for the ḥālîl. Vulg. uses tibia.

Plain Text

Pipe.
This is
Heb Hebrew
. ?alîl, rendered ‘pipe’ in
AV Authorized
Version (King James’), 1611

There appear to be some other issues when pasting as plain text. I'll add this to the case.  Thanks.
