I'm doing a history paper on African-American Christianity after Emancipation. I want to use the timeline tool to reflect the growth of the African-American church. Is there a way to filter the results to produce something useful?
Not that I could see ... I found a single event in 1865. Maybe others can.
Christianity Today had a nice African-American Christian timeline, but later than what's available in Logos.
I assume you've already consulted:

Yes, I have that book and ten more on the subject. Yes, I have consulted the Christianity Today site for this.
I thought it might look good to insert a timeline pertinent to the subject in my paper. It does not look like Logos has the capability to do what I'd like.
Thanks!
Blessings!
Well, you're right ... since the Logos timeshare ... oops ... timeline tool came out, it's been pretty much a whole bunch of stuff dumped into a database, poorly categorized, etc. In 10 years, I've used it zero times (though I keep trying).
But in the good old days, Libronix (affectionately known as Libby) let you build your own. And indeed Accordance as well. The latter also appears to let you 'roll your own' interlinear too (haven't tried that).
Anyway, your idea was good.
