KJV 1900 not loading

I had to uninstall Logos version 8.4.0.0035 and when I re installed it all my books updated but the KJV 1900. It just kept trying but nothing loaded. It said, (This resource is not currently available on this device.) It has a download button, but nothing happens. I have windows 10 Home up to date.

Why did you uninstall? Was it a full uninstall or just the engine? What are your download settings under preferences?
