Bible outlines in personal books

The Passage Guide has an Outlines section that lists all the outlines that for which that passage is included. They're mostly found in Dictionaries or in a commentary's introduction section.
When I'm developing my own Bible commentary in Microsoft Word, how can I label the book outline in my introduction so that it shows up in the Passage Guide Outlines section??

all the outlines
Minor correction - it is not "all the outlines", it is not even "the best of the outlines" ... much to my annoyance it omits most of the outlines I find most useful and unlike sermons, I can't code the labels myself. To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to code it into a PBB source.
