Library Filter

Running latest beta on Windows 10.
Today I bought a book by David Heisler. It actually loaded without me knowing it.
When I applied the filter to see books recently added that one did not show.
Does that mean I already had the book and Faithlife have let me pay for it again? Or are the filters not that reliable?
Anybody got any ideas?

Is your catalog still updating? I can't show you a screenshot of what that would look like if it were, since my library catalog is completely up-to-date. But it takes a few minutes after downloading new resources for all the filters to work with them. There will be an orange bar across the top of your library indicating that it's still updating the catalog so your results might be incomplete. I can't remember the exact wording of it.

Hi Rosie,
Library fully indexed and up to date. I’ve also checked my iPad and Samsung phone and the book is on both of them without me having downloaded it.
it looks as though I muse already have had the book. I shall email support and see if they can sort it. I don’t want to pay twice for something.

I have seen some problems with filters as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/179989.aspx - I don’t know if those issues have been resolved.
And on the mobile apps, the book would show in your library without having to do anything.
When does your order history show it was purchased?

Sorted. Just been on to support. I had the book as part of my Faithlife Connect subscription so it was already on my computer. However, if I had stopped the sub I would have lost the book.

Thanks Graham. Did not see your posting when I last posted. As you can see all is now sorted. The book was on each of my devices courtesy of the Connect subscription. Trouble with having so many books is that I am not always certain what I do have. Usually i am unable to order a book I already have as the software stops me. But, of course, although I had the book in this instance I did not OWN it.
